Sub: School Education – Restructuring of Districts Allocation of subjects to Assistant Directors in Districts- Designating Assistant Directors to look after MDM & SS in districts – Regarding.

All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that, consequent to the orders of the Government of restructuring of Districts and divisions in Andhra Pradesh and subsequent provisional allocation of posts by the Government, the office of the Commissioner of School Education have issued orders adjusting the existing Assistant Directors in the districts to the Districts in the reference 1st read above.
The Districts Educational Officers are further informed that, the Commissioner of School Education in the reference 2nd read above, issued instructions, duly changing the nomenclature of Assistant Directors as Assistant Director Services), designating as Drawing Officer, and Assistant Director (Schemes) .
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers are requested to inform the name of the Assistant Director (Schemes) looking after Midday Meals & School Sanitation schemes, with mobile No. and mail ID immediately for taking necessary action.
