The attention of all the Heads of Departments is invited to the references cited and they are informed that in G.O 3rd cited Government have issued orders introducing the attendance by photography (FRS) to all the Head of the departments in the State also. In this regard it is informed that the Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Department have developed a mobile application through Andhra Pradesh Centre for Financial Systems and Services (APCFSS) for capturing of facial recognition based attendance. The application be downloaded from the website at https://appstore.herb.apcfss.in/.
2. The detailed user manual with installation procedures, registration process and FRS usage along with the application and video illustrations are made available on https://appstore.herb.apcfss.in/portal.
3. All the HoDs are requested to mark their attendance using Facial Recognition System (FRS) by downloading the mobile application from https://appstore.herb.apcfss.in/.
4. The FRS system will be operational in a testing phase from 25.10.2022 to 31.10.2022 to accmatize themselves with the application and provide feedback and will be made mandatory thereafter. The FRS system is fully implemented from 01.11.2022 onwards
