TTSS : Teacher Training Support System – Complex Meeting Details Data Entry Process
Purpose: This platform is being developed by the State to keep record of data of trainings. Till now we were maintaining the data in physical forms and google sheets. However, we didn’t have any such space where we can see a collated data for trainings which were conducted for whole academic year. Hence, this is platform comes into picture. This is the first stage of development where we are trying to keep records of:
- Venue
- Training Management Team
- Trainees’ detail
- Record of trainings
- TA/DA Claim

User ID and Password are provided for State Level and District Level.
In next stage of development, this platform will further be linked with the transfer orders, incentivization to teachers/leaders in the State. We would be able to see how many of hours of training is completed by a teacher and what are the areas she is lagging behind.
TTSS will also help us keep track of School Complex Level Trainings. When we create Training, we get an option to fill “School Complex” as an option to fill. Through this we can keep records of participants in a particular school complex level training.
Moving forward, we would be conducting one training session with everyone again, to train everyone on usage of TTSS for maintaining the training records and school complex training records as well.
