ORDER:
It is proposed to hold an enquiry against Sri ********, SGT, MPPS, ***********m,Ardhaveedu in accordance with the procedure laid down in rule 3 of the A.P. Civil Services (CCA)Rules, 1964.
Sri *********,SGT, MPPS, Sakhavaram, *********** in respect of which the inquiry is proposed to be held is set out in the enclosed statement or articles of charges (Annexure 1). A list of documents by which and a list of witnesses by whom, the article of charges are proposed to be sustained are also enclosed (Annexure II and III).
Sri ********** SGT, MPPS, *********, Ardhaveedu, not done work book correction in some subjects even though issued instructions in this regard from time to time to complete work book correction and he is directed to submit his written statement of his defense within 10 days of the receiptof this order.
Sri Sri P.V.Subbaiah, Ardhaveedu, MPPS, Sakhavaram, Ardhaveedu is further informed that ifhe does not submit his written statement of defense on or before action will be processed based on the material available.
Attention of Sri Sri *************, SGT, MPPS, ************, Ardhaveedu is invited to Rule 3of APCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964, under which no Government Servant shall bring or attempt to bring any political or outside influence to bear upon any superior authority to further her interests in respect of matters pertaining to their service under the Government. If any representation is received on their behalf from another person in respect of any matter dealt within these proceedings, it will be presumed that Sri **********, SGT, MPPS, *********,, Ardhaveedu is aware of such a representation and that it has been made at her instance and action will be taken against their for violation of Rule 3 of the A.P. Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964.
