ORDER:
In the letter read above, Sri Praveen Prakash, IAS (AP:1994), has submitted notice for voluntary retirement from the Indian Administrative Service, effective from 30.09.2024, as per the provisions of sub-rule (2) of Rule 16 of the All India Service (Death-cum-Retirement Benefits) Rules, 1958 on personal grounds.
2. The State Government after careful consideration of the request, decided to permit Sri Praveen Prakash, IAS (AP:1994), to retire voluntarily from Indian Administrative Service with effect from 30.09.2024 A.N., on personal grounds as per the provisions under Sub-rule (2) of Rule 16 of the All India Services (Death-cum-Retirement Benefits) Rules, 1958.
3. The following notification shall, accordingly, be published in the extraordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette:

Under Sub-rule (2) of Rule 16 of the All India Services (Death-cum-Retirement Benefits) Rules, 1958, Government hereby accept the request of Sri Praveen Prakash, IAS (AP:1994) to retire voluntarily from Indian Administrative Service with effect from 30.09.2024 ΑΝ.
