Sub:-APSS-KGBV – Extension of maternity leave to the Newly Recruited staff Instructions -Issued-Regarding

2. Letter Rc.No.42/B3/SS/2023, Dt: 26.08.2023 of the Additional Project Coordinator,S.S., Palnadu District
In view of the request made by the District Educational Officer & Ex- officio Project Coordinator Samagra Shiksha & Additional Project Coordinator, S.S., Palnadu district in the ref. 2nd cited and keeping in view of the orders issued by the Government vide ref. 1st cited, permission is hereby accorded to extend the maternity leave facility to all newly recruited KGBV staff with effect from 1.10.2023.
Therefore all the District Educational Officer & Ex-officio Project Coordinator Samagra Shiksha & Additional Project Coordinators, SS in the State are requested to take necessary action for sanction of maternity leave to the newly recruited teaching staff in their respective jursidictions w.e.f. 1.10.2023 duly following the terms and conditions stipulated in the G.O. 1st cited.
Further they also requested to make necessary stop gap arrangements in the place of teaching faculty who undergone on maternity leave, to hire the teaching faculty services through the Mandal level committee i,e hourly based faculty on payment of Rs. 200/- per hour and not exceeding Rs.10,000/- per month with a condition that they have to quit the school as and when the incumbent CRT/PGT reported to duty.
These instructions should be followed scrupulously.
This has the approval of the State Project Director, SS, A.P., Vijayawada.
