While enclosing a copies of references read above, All the District Educational Officers and Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the State are requested to take necessary action for providing wide publicity for the “14400” app developed by the ACB Dept., to reach each and every citizen of the state to bring the corrupt practices of the Government Officials to the notice of the Government/ACB in order to prevent corruption in the state as per the instructions issued in the references cited.
