ORDER:
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the reference read above, wherein the Commissioner of School Education, A.P., Amaravati has cancelled all existing deputations. Further, they are informed that, It has been brought to the notice of the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, that the District Educational Officers in the state have been deputing the SA (PE’s)/PET’s for Association Tournaments / University Tournaments / Some Coaching camps and other activities organised by other departments during the school days. It leads to dislocation of Physical Education classes / training in the schools, which effects physical fitness among the students.
Hence, all the District Educational Officers in the state are once again strictly instructed that, no SA (PE’s)/PET’s should be deputed for any other work with in the department or other departments with out prior approval of the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh.
If any deviation is noticed in this regard, responsibility shall be fixed on the concerned and action will be initiated as per A.P.C.S. (CC & A) Rules, 1991 In vogue.
